Cubs
Are you between the ages of 7 1/2 and 10 1/2? Are you looking for fun and adventure? Then cubs is for you. At 3rd Croydon cubs we have a whole range of different activities just for you.
From camps and pack holidays to hikes and fun and games and activities both inside and outdoors, we have it covered. As well as that, there will be things that you probably won’t learn anywhere else.
We meet every Thursday night during school terms from 7.00pm to 8.30pm. Most times we are in the hall, but not always. It is always best to check.

This Week at Cubs – Balloon Racers!!
Thurs 2nd Sept: Just in time for Fathers Day, why not bring him along?
(if your father cannot come you can bring any other adult family member or friend)
Tonight we will be building and racing balloon powered cars. Prizes will be given for many different categories such as best design, fastest, longest travel, etc.
Again, please bring “recycled” things that could be used to make a balloon powered car (eg. small cardboard box, meat tray, old CDs for wheels, lids for wheels, etc). We have collected some items over the weeks but the more we have the better your cars can be.
We will award 2 points for every useful piece of Balloon Car building material, the more you bring the more you earn
For additional bonus points during inspection bring a plate of supper.
