Iceblocking
Posted in: Scouts | February 14, 2009
Careering down the big hill near Lilydale Lake on a block of ice – that’s iceblocking!

Coming down the hill head first
A stackhat is essential for iceblocking, as you reach a fairly decent speed by the time you get to the bottom of the hill. It’s also a good idea to put a tea towel or something between you and the ice, to avoid the embarrassment of freezing yourself onto the block! There’s some more pictures after the jump.
